Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contract Analyst II.
Key Responsibilities
- Timely updates of contract pricing and membership information into the contract management database system
- Maintains supplier contract files and acts as a key contact for assigned suppliers to resolve invoice inaccuracies
- Performs analysis of contract discrepancies and collaborates with internal departments and suppliers to resolve issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or a related field
- Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of related experience
- Working knowledge of contracts administration
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with EDI technology projects is a plus
