Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Coordinator - Temporary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate price files and send customer price notifications
  • Assign Sales Opportunities and Bids to the appropriate Sales Reps and contract coordinators
  • Collaborate with the Supervisor to plan and monitor administrative tasks related to contract management
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 3 years of administrative experience or equivalent
  • Ability to compile and format data in Microsoft Excel
  • Motivated and flexible team player
  • Functional knowledge of SAP and Salesforce.com is a plus
