A company is looking for a Global Corporate Services Specialist, Client Facing for the AMER region.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult clients on corporate structures and governance matters globally
• Lead client projects related to corporate entity set-ups and compliance across various jurisdictions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients' needs are met and provide best-in-class service

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in corporate governance, company structuring, or related roles
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tax, Finance, Accountancy, Legal Studies, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in tools such as Jira, Salesforce, and Looker
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluent in English
