A company is looking for a Credential Intake Assistant responsible for processing academic credentials and transcripts for prospective students.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and evaluate transcript and credential requests for students
- Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of requests in compliance with university policies
- Maintain student documentation and academic records while collaborating with the Credential Evaluation team
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of processes and procedures related to academic records
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar software applications
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- 1 or more years of related experience preferred
