Credit Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credit Analyst to perform credit analysis and prepare credit approval packages for commercial loans.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate credit and financial information on prospective and existing clients
• Analyze business/personal financial statements and collateral support for loans
• Prepare credit proposals, summaries, and opinions for loan decision makers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or related field required
• 2 or more years of related credit/financial analytics experience required
• Ability to analyze financial statements, tax returns, and cash flows
• Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations relating to commercial lending
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and applicable systems
