A company is looking for a Solutions Consultant - CRM.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the sales team to support proposals and solution presentations for clients evaluating CRM solutions
- Act as a technical advisor throughout the pre-sales process, assessing client business requirements and recommending solutions
- Design and present demonstrations that showcase the value of the portfolio solution tailored to client needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales or solution engineering role, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales or Salesforce
- Experience with the Microsoft ecosystem, including Dynamics 365 CRM and the Power Platform
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles and working with executive stakeholders
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant) are a plus
