Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Sales Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Sales Delivery Portfolio Managers focused on performance and growth
• Design and implement a strategic vision to enhance sales growth and compliance in Medicare sales
• Foster a high-performing team culture and coordinate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree
• 8+ years of experience managing a large inside-sales team (200+ members)
• 5+ years of experience in Medicare/Marketplace sales or operations
• Deep knowledge of healthcare industry compliance regulations, particularly in Medicare and Marketplace
