A company is looking for a Customer Advocacy & Insights Manager (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Builds and manages a Customer References program to support various teams
- Develops and manages the Executive Sponsorship Program and Customer Advisory Board
- Tracks and analyzes program participation and business impact
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in customer marketing or a similar customer-facing B2B role
- Experience with customer reference programs and advocacy initiatives
- Proficient in CRM and marketing tools
- Master's degree preferred
