A company is looking for a Customer Category Manager for CVS Confections & Halls.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain customer relationships across all levels
- Execute customer strategy and ensure delivery of Joint Customer Business Plan (JCBP)
- Optimize resource use to enhance profitability in customer business plans
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role in the FMCG/CPG industry
- Proven selling and negotiating experience, preferably with CVS
- Experience managing large trade budgets and forecasts
- Capability in analytics and insights, specifically proficient in IRI
