A company is looking for a Customer Contact Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with customers through inbound calls, educating them on retirement plans and responding to inquiries
- Assist customers with plan design inquiries, balance transfers, account information, loan requests, and payments
- Strive for first call resolution while navigating multiple systems to address customer needs
Required Qualifications
- College degree with 1+ years of customer service experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 3+ years of customer service experience
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus but not required
- Proficiency with basic computer functions and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Availability to work any shift within Monday to Friday operating hours of 7:30am - 10pm EST
- Bi-lingual opportunities available with a pay differential upon assessment completion
