Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Contact Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with customers through inbound calls, educating them on retirement plans and responding to inquiries
  • Assist customers with plan design inquiries, balance transfers, account information, loan requests, and payments
  • Strive for first call resolution while navigating multiple systems to address customer needs
Required Qualifications
  • College degree with 1+ years of customer service experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus but not required
  • Proficiency with basic computer functions and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Availability to work any shift within Monday to Friday operating hours of 7:30am - 10pm EST
  • Bi-lingual opportunities available with a pay differential upon assessment completion
