Key Responsibilities
- Manage and interface with assigned accounts, focusing on customer satisfaction and revenue targets
- Lead internal actions to resolve customer priority issues and ensure timely communication of quality notices
- Develop and maintain accurate forecasts and manage product allocation based on customer priorities
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the semiconductor industry, with a preference for a chemical and process engineering background
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM platform and data analysis tools, including Excel
- Experience with semiconductor customers and understanding of their specific needs
- Fluent in English with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Curiosity to understand challenges and solutions, with the ability to deal with ambiguity
