A company is looking for a Customer Experience Representative for Priority Xfinity Communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for billing, repair, retention, and sales inquiries to enhance customer experience
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a single interaction while building consultative relationships
- Communicate account information clearly and follow escalation procedures when necessary
Required Qualifications
- Some high school coursework
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to work variable schedules, including nights and weekends
- Familiarity with various communication platforms (SMS, eChat, email, phone)
- Willingness to participate in training and coaching sessions
