Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate I to serve as the first-line advocate for members and providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Receives and responds to routine member and provider inquiries in an accurate and timely manner
- Mitigates complaints to resolve issues during initial contact
- Documents all communications for quality and performance tracking through CRM applications
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Entry-level position with little or no previous experience needed
- Preferred experience in interacting and multitasking using multiple systems and programs
- Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
- Ability to maintain performance and quality standards in a high-paced environment
