Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate I to serve as the first-line advocate for members and providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receives and responds to routine member and provider inquiries in an accurate and timely manner
  • Mitigates complaints to resolve issues during initial contact
  • Documents all communications for quality and performance tracking through CRM applications
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Entry-level position with little or no previous experience needed
  • Preferred experience in interacting and multitasking using multiple systems and programs
  • Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
  • Ability to maintain performance and quality standards in a high-paced environment
