Job Summary

A company is looking for a VBC Customer Services Representative I - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and retrieve voicemails
  • Provide information on eligibility, benefits, claims, and referrals
  • Assist in resolving issues related to claims, authorization, and eligibility inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience in a call center or healthcare environment preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS codes, and billing forms (HCFA1500 and UB04)
  • Ability to work in a sitting position and use a computer and telephone
  • Strong sense of responsibility for providing a great customer experience
