Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate - Remote in NM.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries regarding health benefits, eligibility, and claims
- Educate customers on consumer-driven health care topics and assist with selecting benefit plans
- Support customers in navigating digital self-service tools and connect them with care providers
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years of customer service or relevant experience
- Experience with Windows PCs and ability to navigate complex computer systems
- Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday between 9:30am - 6:00pm CST, with flexibility for occasional overtime
