A company is looking for a Customer Service Associate III.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to inbound and outbound phone calls for customer assistance
- Document all calls in ticketing and tracking systems
- Function as a liaison between the claims department and providers while ensuring high levels of customer service
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Healthcare Call Center operations, including Medicare / Medicare Advantage
- High school degree required
- Basic understanding of MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Team collaborator and peer mentor
