Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison for members and providers regarding inquiries about eligibility, authorizations, claims, and policy procedures
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and first call resolution
- Document customer interactions and escalate priority issues as necessary to improve service efficiency
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years in a customer service environment
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to remain courteous and patient when dealing with difficult callers
- Ability to work well under pressure in a rapidly changing environment
