A company is looking for a Customer Service Rep (Call Center - REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide call center support and respond to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, claims, and billing for military members and medical providers
- Handle an average of 80 inbound calls and written inquiries daily, ensuring accurate and clear responses
- Process correspondence and resolve complex TRICARE-related inquiries while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship is required due to Department of Defense restrictions
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- 1 or more years of customer service experience in a fast-paced call center environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment
