A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance benefits, eligibility, and claims in a professional manner
  • Research and resolve customer service issues while maintaining accurate documentation
  • Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED with at least two years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
  • Knowledge of health benefits and eligibility is preferred
  • Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
  • Proficient organizational and time management skills
  • Fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish is preferred
