Key Responsibilities

- Research and resolve customer service issues while maintaining accurate documentation

Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED with at least two years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
- Knowledge of health benefits and eligibility is preferred
- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
- Proficient organizational and time management skills
- Fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish is preferred
