Key Responsibilities
- Provide inbound and outbound customer service, ensuring accurate information delivery and issue resolution
- Document calls and follow up on inquiries, routing issues to the appropriate departments as needed
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information and meet performance goals consistently
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- One (1) year of previous customer service experience (Required)
- Experience with MS Office or other computer platforms (Required)
- Two (2) years of college level courses or two (2) years' work experience in phone-related customer service
- Experience in healthcare, benefits, call center, claims processing, or Facets is preferred
