Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer health care inquiries and provide resolutions to TRICARE beneficiaries & providers through various communication channels
- Take ownership of customer issues and utilize tools to resolve inquiries on the initial contact
- Document customer interactions in a CRM system and participate in continuous training
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Technology literate with experience navigating multiple screens or web browsers
- Ability to cover any work schedule between 8AM CT and 6PM HT
- Private and secure workspace with high-speed internet is required
- Experience in a contact center, chat messaging, or TRICARE customer service preferred
