Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide phone and email support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
- Process orders, verify order status, and handle return orders through a multichannel system
- Maintain accurate record-keeping and participate in continuous improvement activities
Required Qualifications and Education
- At least 2 years of direct customer service or call center experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
- Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Preferred: Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, GHX, EDI, Salesforce, Genesys, and/or Power BI
