Key Responsibilities
- Support large dedicated accounts and resolve complex customer issues
- Act as a mentor and subject matter expert for team members
- Manage inbound sales and customer communication regarding service status and challenges
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree is a plus
- 1-3 years of customer service experience in life science, biotech, or related manufacturing industry
- 1+ years of experience with SAP preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced PC skills
- Ability to manage complex customer situations and lead customer meetings
