Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients as their primary point of contact
- Conduct regular virtual meetings to share updates, best practices, and ensure clients derive value from their investment
- Monitor customer health indicators and usage data to identify risks and implement action plans for retention
Required Qualifications
- Customer-first mindset with a passion for building relationships
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing Success role (Customer Success, Account Management, or similar)
- A collaborative team player who contributes ideas and supports teammates
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple client relationships in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in technology and assisting customers in adopting software solutions
