A company is looking for a Customer Success Advisor (Remote - Work from Anywhere).
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to members' queries regarding products and services
- Monitoring member accounts and addressing issues professionally
- Onboarding prospective members and conducting Zoom calls for assistance
Required Qualifications
- Solid experience in customer service, preferably in a remote setting
- Proficient in English, with an additional language being a plus
- Experience in the fintech or banking industry is ideal
- Familiarity with CRMs, Jira, Confluence, and Slack is advantageous
- Knowledge of the cryptocurrency environment is a significant plus
