Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Director to lead the customer experience for their SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the vision and strategy for the Customer Experience organization
  • Oversee the entire customer journey, ensuring a seamless experience from sales to renewal
  • Develop and mentor high-performance teams in Customer Success, Implementation, and Support
Required Qualifications
  • At least 10 years of experience in Customer Success or similar roles, with 3 years in management
  • Experience with SaaS solutions across various roles and industries
  • Deep understanding of software business and go-to-market strategies
  • Proven ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in increasing customer satisfaction and retention in a SaaS environment
