Required Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in Customer Success or similar roles, with 3 years in management
- Experience with SaaS solutions across various roles and industries
- Deep understanding of software business and go-to-market strategies
- Proven ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in increasing customer satisfaction and retention in a SaaS environment
