Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager - EMEA Region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of Enterprise customers, ensuring strong relationships and long-term satisfaction
  • Lead and coordinate customer-facing projects, establishing timelines and managing risks
  • Drive customer engagement with proactive strategies to increase platform usage and reduce churn


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of customer-facing experience in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Experience with tools that enable proactive customer success, such as ChurnZero
  • Proven ability to build and sustain customer relationships that drive retention and growth
  • Preferred background in the hospitality industry
