Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Enterprise customers, ensuring strong relationships and long-term satisfaction
- Lead and coordinate customer-facing projects, establishing timelines and managing risks
- Drive customer engagement with proactive strategies to increase platform usage and reduce churn
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- At least 3 years of customer-facing experience in Customer Success or Account Management
- Experience with tools that enable proactive customer success, such as ChurnZero
- Proven ability to build and sustain customer relationships that drive retention and growth
- Preferred background in the hospitality industry
