Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer requirements to maximize the application of products in their business
- Secure contract renewals and identify growth opportunities through customer engagement
- Lead onboarding for new customers and assess customer health to enhance engagement strategies
Required Qualifications
- Four-year college degree, preferably in a technical field such as management information systems or information technology
- Basic knowledge of networking principles and application protocols
- Experience in Enterprise IT application or networking support is a plus
- Proficient user of Salesforce.com CRM or similar
- Intermediate-level skills with Microsoft Excel, familiar with data manipulation and analysis
