Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer success or implementation for enterprise technical solutions, preferably in healthcare
- Based in the Greater Atlanta area with the ability to travel regularly to customer sites
- Familiarity with hospital workflows and comfort in clinical settings
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and HubSpot
- PMP certification is a plus
