Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager for the Mid Market segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with customers to drive retention and loyalty
  • Engage proactively with customers to drive product adoption and showcase value aligned with their business objectives
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while advocating for customer needs internally


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 4-6 years of customer success experience in a B2B Mid-market or Enterprise-focused SaaS company
  • Experience managing a revenue-based quota
  • Experience creating and delivering high-quality QBRs to executive teams
  • Basic understanding of accounting and finance ecosystem preferred
