A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager for the Mid Market segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with customers to drive retention and loyalty
- Engage proactively with customers to drive product adoption and showcase value aligned with their business objectives
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while advocating for customer needs internally
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 4-6 years of customer success experience in a B2B Mid-market or Enterprise-focused SaaS company
- Experience managing a revenue-based quota
- Experience creating and delivering high-quality QBRs to executive teams
- Basic understanding of accounting and finance ecosystem preferred
