Key Responsibilities
- Manage, scale, and grow a team of Marketing Consultants to achieve quarterly targets
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture focused on continuous improvement and client success
- Drive the voice of the customer within the organization to shape product development and improvements
Required Qualifications
- At least 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Strategic Marketing, or Account Management, with 4+ years in people management
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, including ARR, churn, CSAT, NDR, and expansion numbers
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Experience in the fitness and wellness industry strongly preferred
