Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer success operations processes, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing solutions
- Build and maintain customer analytics systems, creating health scoring models and performance dashboards
- Optimize customer success technology stack, recommending enhancements and configuring automation workflows
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Excellent analytical skills to identify and correlate metrics relevant to customer goals
- Project management capabilities and change management skills
- Experience interacting with senior leadership and managers
- Experience as an end-user of a Customer Success Platform or CRM
