A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with customers to provide training, education, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
- Coordinate product demos and collaborate with departments to support customer success
- Maintain organized task lists and escalate at-risk customers proactively
Required Qualifications
- Passion for delivering a positive customer experience through various communication channels
- Experience in a customer-facing role within a cross-functional organization
- Previous experience in B2B Customer Support, Customer Success, or Account Management is a plus
- Availability to work 8:30am-5:30pm CT (M-F)
- Background in the SaaS industry or equipment maintenance is advantageous
