A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to enhance customer experience and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer experience and timely responses to support inquiries
- Assist customers with product configurations and guide them through features
- Log customer interactions and escalate complex issues to higher-tier support when necessary
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in software support, IT, accounting, finance, or related fields
- Accounting knowledge related to HOA, Quickbooks, or similar systems
- Prior accounting experience within the community management industry is a strong plus
- Familiarity with Windows-based computer systems and mobile platforms (iOS and Android)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and troubleshoot effectively
