Job Summary
A company is looking for a CPC Processor Customer Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Process medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys
- Document information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors
- Work in a high-volume production environment
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Ability to work full-time Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm EST or 8:30 am - 5:00 pm EST
- Comfortable with remote work and call center operations
- Must be eligible for post-offer health screenings and vaccinations
