Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Asset Liability Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Treasury professionals and develop a best-in-class ALM function
• Manage liquidity, funding, and risk across the asset and liability sides of the balance sheet
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess product pricing and balance sheet impacts

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in asset liability management, preferably in financial services or fintech
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; MBA preferred, CPA or CFA highly valued
• Deep knowledge and passion for crypto, digital assets, and blockchain
• Strong analytical and modeling skills related to liquidity and capital management
• Proven track record in building and scaling teams and processes
