Director of Cloud Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Service Operations - Cloud Compute Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and lead a team for new datacenters and ongoing operations to ensure high availability
• Craft SLAs and critical metrics to support service availability in a critical environment
• Build relationships across multiple levels within the company and work with peer organizations to resolve service management issues

Required Qualifications

• BS or BA in a technical field or equivalent experience
• 15+ years in service management and technology operations, with at least 7 years in senior roles
• Proven experience in Service Management and/or Data Center Operations
• 8+ years of successful track record in handling sophisticated deployments
• Experience in project management, vendor management, and personnel management in a global environment
