A company is looking for a Director of Contract Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle contract management including creation, review, approval, execution, and performance monitoring
• Negotiate complex contracts to achieve optimal commercial and legal terms while mitigating risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve contractual issues and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree
• 7+ years of contract management experience, particularly in hospitality or related sectors
• Deep technical knowledge of contract and risk management
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
• Master's in Business Administration or Juris Doctor preferred
