Director of Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering - ITDR.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow multiple engineering teams focused on ITDR product lines, including threat detection and identity monitoring
• Oversee the design, architecture, and delivery of secure ITDR solutions for customers
• Mentor engineering managers and promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3+ years in an engineering leadership role
• Proven experience in Identity Security, Threat Detection, or related domains
• Strong technical background in backend systems and cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Deep understanding of identity systems (IAM, SSO, MFA) and threat intelligence
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
