Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in an engineering management or technical leadership role
- 4+ years of experience as a technical individual contributor
- Proven track record of managing managers and handling team issues
- Mastery of servant or intention-based leadership styles
- Broad technical experience with Agile methodologies
