Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in an engineering management or technical leadership role
• 4+ years of experience as a technical individual contributor
• Proven track record of managing managers and handling team issues
• Mastery of servant or intention-based leadership styles
• Broad technical experience with Agile methodologies
