Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute a performance marketing strategy for user acquisition and subscription growth
- Manage CAC, ROAS, payback period, and subscriber conversion across various paid media channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and optimize marketing efforts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related quantitative field
- 10+ years in performance/growth marketing, preferably in consumer subscription or PLG SaaS
- Experience managing multimillion-dollar budgets with proven efficiency gains
- Fluency in paid media strategies and familiarity with SQL and BI dashboards
- Hands-on experience with GenAI tools and their integration into marketing workflows
