Growth Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Engineer to drive user acquisition and growth initiatives through technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and optimize growth loops, including referral programs and viral features
• Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to enhance conversion rates and user retention
• Develop internal tools and infrastructure to support growth initiatives and automate marketing processes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a software engineer, preferably in a growth-focused role
• Strong coding skills, particularly in TypeScript, React, and Next.js
• Experience with A/B testing frameworks and data analysis tools
• Solid understanding of growth marketing principles and user acquisition strategies
• Familiarity with product analytics platforms such as PostHog or Amplitude
