Director of Medicare Sales

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Call Center Sales Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Sales Delivery Portfolio Managers to drive performance and growth for clients
• Design and develop strategic vision to enhance sales growth and compliance in Medicare sales activities
• Implement new campaigns and manage existing ones to ensure client satisfaction and compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or 4 years of equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience managing a large inside-sales function (200+ team members)
• 5+ years of experience in Medicare/Marketplace sales or operations
• Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry and compliance regulations, especially in Medicare and Marketplace
• Experience with AI, Amazon Connect, and similar telephony solutions is preferred
