Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to support Merchant Success and Customer Experience teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Salesforce setup and various communication platforms to optimize post-sale operations
- Design and maintain key post-sale processes while collaborating with Customer Experience leadership
- Build dashboards and provide performance analysis to enhance customer retention and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Customer Success Operations
- Salesforce Administrator certification is required; additional certifications are a plus
- Experience with telephony solutions and post-sale GTM tools
- Advanced skills in Excel/Sheets and proficiency with BI tools
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
