Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and ensure operational accuracy and efficiency across Revenue Cycle Management and Client Success
• Oversee the entire EMS revenue cycle, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and accuracy to support financial performance
• Build and develop high-performing teams while promoting talent development and succession planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field required
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in Revenue Cycle Management
• Minimum of three (3) years of managerial experience required
• Expertise in RCM operations, including compliance and revenue optimization
• Strong project management and data analysis skills
