Key Responsibilities
- Lead the go-to-market process by developing and operationalizing a cross-functional strategy for product launches
- Set and uphold the 'Awesome Bar' standard for product creative, ensuring alignment between visuals, messaging, and narrative
- Own messaging strategy and product value propositions, collaborating with various teams to articulate product uniqueness
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant product marketing or brand marketing experience, particularly in direct-to-consumer or consumer products
- Exceptional creative standards with a proven ability to maintain high quality across channels
- Strategic and operational strength, capable of defining frameworks and driving accountability
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and bring structure to shifting priorities
- Bonus: Experience with e-commerce and merchandising, especially in site experience and product discovery
