A company is looking for a Director Search Marketing to lead and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead campaign planning, execution, and optimization for Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Microsoft Ads
- Design and manage full-funnel strategies, including audience segmentation, budget management, and performance tracking
- Own campaign setup, monitor performance, and provide detailed reports and recommendations to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
- 4-6+ years of experience in digital/performance marketing, preferably in an agency or multi-client setting
- Proven expertise managing six-figure budgets across various digital advertising platforms
- Strong command of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and UTM strategy
- Experience with AI tools for campaign optimization and creative testing
