Key Responsibilities:
- Own the design and performance of GTM tech infrastructure, including marketing automation and CRM systems
- Manage end-to-end Marketo operations and evaluate the marketing technology stack for global growth
- Ensure data accuracy across platforms and implement attribution models to demonstrate campaign ROI
Required Qualifications:
- 8-10+ years of experience in B2B Marketing Operations, particularly with marketing automation and CRM systems
- Experience scaling operations in high-growth SaaS or enterprise tech environments
- Strong understanding of data infrastructure and revenue attribution models
- Proven success in implementing and optimizing complex workflows
- Strategic thinker with a builder's mindset
