Senior Proposal Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Proposal Specialist to support proposal development and marketing efforts in the AEC industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical staff and marketing team to respond to Requests for Qualifications and Proposals
• Lead the submittal review process and develop schedules and compliance documents for timely submissions
• Craft and tailor proposal submittals, presentation materials, and ensure quality control across all documents

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a marketing role within the AEC industry
• Undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Strong understanding of DOT solicitations and the precertification process
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Deltek Vision
