Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the social media vision across various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand storytelling and fandom trends
- Manage and mentor a team of social media strategists, developing content playbooks and fostering a culture of feedback and growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize social channels and integrate branded content with affiliate commerce strategies
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in social media and digital content, with team leadership experience
- 3+ years managing teams of 3 or more full-time employees
- Proven ability to provide direction and develop team performance through feedback and coaching
- Strong understanding of meme, gaming, and fandom culture
- Data literacy with the ability to interpret performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
